Word 2010 - Track Change balloons and printing overflow pages RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hey,

Got what I think is a weird one here.

If a doc has tracked changes and those changes don't all fit in a balloon, it prints the overflow on their own pages.

That's fine.  But if we specify pages ranges from the doc, say this:

    6-8, 15, 20-26, 30-41

And let's say page 6 has a big deletion so overflows needs to be printed; the same overflow tracked changes balloon will be repeated after each page range.  That's not fine.  How do I stop that?

  • Hi,

Does this issue happen to all documents or just certain ones?

Have you tried printing to a different printer?

Would you please share a sample to us so that we can try to reproduce it in our environment? You can share the sample to us via GBSD TN Office Information Collection ibsofc@microsoft.com. Please involve the thread URL in the email message for easy follow-up.
