    I am pulling a name from the "CreatedBy" field in my list that is recorded as Last Name, First Name, but I want to use it as the introduction to the email.  What formula should I use in addition to [%My_List:CreatedBy%] to display the name as First Name Last Name (no comma)?

    Hi,

    I would suggest you to create two more columns in your list of type Person and Group. Configure first one to Show FirstName and second one as LastName. Then use them in your SPD workflow.

    Unfortunately, the list pulls from a centralized company contact list, so that is not an option.

    Hi,

    Then I do not think that you can split the values in eMail body itself. If the list is centralized you can still create the fields and you can hide them from end users by not adding them into the views.
