unable to get Source Network Address @RemoteConnectionManager/Operational RRS feed

  • Hi ,

    Im unable to get Source Network Address: 

    In Microsoft-Windows-TerminalServices-RemoteConnectionManager/Operational logs.

    kindly suggest me how can i enable for this IP details to get  this ip address

  • Hi,

    There is no option to enable IP address details information for the log above, which by default will be logged in event 1149 when it's available.

    You may also check following event categories:

    Applications and Services Logs\Microsoft\Windows\TerminalServices-LocalSessionManager

    Windows Logs\Security  (Event ID: 4624, Logon Type 10)

    Logging IP adderess during remote desktop connection

    If there is no IP address information logged for some sessions, you may need to use scripting or third party solution to achieve the goal, note that for devices that are behind NAT, private IP address cannot be retrieved.
