    You have automatically renewed Office 365 and taken 59.00 from my credit card. I want a refund now please.

    Hi Richard,

    It seems you've automatic renewal turned on, in this case, your payment method will be automatically charged after your paid or trial subscription ends.

    Try to turn "automatic renewal" off on the "Services & subscriptions" page:

    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Turn-automatic-renewal-on-or-off-for-Office-365-for-home-c7c0bc32-9744-4acf-9818-815d5c96cc59?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US

    You can also cancel your Office 365 subscription and receive a pro-rated refund of any unused remaining days between the date of cancellation and the date that your Office 365 subscription ends.

    In order to request a refund, contact a Microsoft Accounts and Billing agent.

    Hi Ethan Hua, 

    I have been trying to call Microsoft Customer Service and contact using the Microsoft Accounts and Billing Agent and to no valid no one is responding to my calls or given me the answers I need respectively. I have cancelled my subscriptions and I have turn off the "automatic renewal" but Microsoft is still charging and deducting SGD$148 on my account. I would like to know what are the pro-rated refunds that we will receive for the cancellation of the subscriptions. If possible I would like a full refund.
