Hey all, we are starting to test out Skype For Business for Mac on some of our test units in office before we switch over from Lync 2011. We have an on prem deployment of Skype 2013. All Mac's on site are using the Lync 2011 client with no issues.
However, when any over our Mac's running Mac OS El Capitan, or Sierra and Skype for Business Version 16.8.196 all inbound off net calls fail.
What is experienced on the user side is they will see the call presented on their screen for just a moment, and then the call is pushed to VM. ON the callers side you will hear one ring, then hear the voicemail greeting. There is no
forwarding turned on, no DnD, and user status is in available. I have logs as well that I can provide and was wondering if anyone else would be able to assist.
Again, this issue only occurs on the SfB Mac Client, and not the SfB Windows client. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
When the call has gone to voicemail there will be another notification that follows saying " The call couldn't be transferred because the recipient can't be reached."
