    Hi

    I am using the FIM 2010 Update 1 Synchronisation Service to share contacts from two different forests (lets call them forest A and forest B), each forest has an Exchange 2010 SP2 server. The mail enable users from forest B are appearing as contacts in forest A and vice versa, however I was wondering if it is possible to configure it so all mail enabled users in forest B to appear in their own separate GAL in forest A? what are my options for differentiating the Forest B contacts in Forest A that the FIM sych service has exported across.

    Hi,

    You can add a fix value (that is referencing Forest A in forest B and vice versa) to an AD attribute, synchonize this attribute also trhu FIM Sync and add a another GAL based on this attribute.
