Default country for Lync Web App dial-out RRS feed

    We have enabled dial out for guest users joining conferences using Lync Web App, but we will only route calls nationally--within the U.S/Canada.

    We have also had complaints from several Web App users that dial-out doesn't work, but after talking to them, they didn't select "U.S." as the country, so Lync didn't prefix the number with "+1".

    Lync Normalization rules do not appear to be applicable to the Web App, as I have a 10-digit NANP match that does prefix +1.

    My question is simple, "Can I default the country to "U.S"?"
