Office 365 user mailbox can't see On premises user Mailbox

  • Hello Anyone there,

    I have a problem, when I send an email using office 365 user to on premises user mailbox, I can't see or find the on premises user mailbox.

    Please advice.

    Hybrid set up makes use of unified GAL (Shared address book) that combines ON prem and cloud users in it

    Is this issue limited to a single on prem user?Is on prem user hidden from GAL?

    Is on prem user able to find the cloud user?

    Is Cloud user able to find ON prem user in OWA?

    You can also check if on prem user has address book values mentioned in the "Showinaddressbook" attribute (Under AD Users and computers > Attribute editor > Showinaddressbook)
