  • Hi Francesco,

can you elaborate a bit more on what you actually meant here pls?

I am still using -DaysOfWeek and still works as expected.
However, the validity of this switch depends on what combinations are used relative to the protection and schedule type.

  • Hi Ruud,

the issue I have reported happens when I try to modify any type of schedule. The error message is:

    PS C:\scripts\dpm> Set-PolicySchedule -ProtectionGroup $mpg -Schedule $sc -TimeOfDay $TimeOfDay -DaysOfWeek tu,we,th,fr,sa

Set-PolicySchedule : A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'DaysOfWeek'.

    At line:1 char:89

    + Set-PolicySchedule -ProtectionGroup $mpg -Schedule $sc -TimeOfDay "09:00 PM" -DaysOfWeek <<<<  tu,we,th,fr,sa

        + CategoryInfo          : InvalidArgument: (:) [Set-PolicySchedule], ParameterBindingException

        + FullyQualifiedErrorId : NamedParameterNotFound,Microsoft.Internal.EnterpriseStorage.Dls.UI.Cmdlet.ProtectionCmdL

       ets.SetPolicyScheduleCmdlet

-DaysOfWeek seems to be a wrong parameter
