    How do we setup call pickupgroups in SFB?

  • I am so so so confused with call park and call pickup groups..can someone plz explain me..

    if I give call park range 100-125 in call park range1 what does it mean..are these phone number for call group pickup people..??it says enable user with carpark1 100...what doooes it mean..what is "100" phone number or what? and the orbit number to retrieve call is it shown automatically on the screen from database?"100" is just 1 number for 1 user?gosh so confused...

    how to set up call pick up group then?

    Imagine user1 is in IT department and User2 is in Sales...phone of user1 rings....user2 wants to receive but dono know the orbit number...what can the user2 do?

    example...

    New CsGroupPickupUserOrbit “jack” -Orbit * 300″...here what is orbit means?300 is number of jack or groupnumber?then what is retrieval number of orbit for jack?
