Installing Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

I have a new server, that I needed an operating system on, so I could download Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 so I installed XP-Pro. Trying to Install the program, I got an error stating that the Current Windows operating system is not compatible. Any one have any ideas about what operating system is compatible?

I take it you want the full download of Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 You can get it here.
