Upgrade from 1810 to 1902, cloud management gateway status stuck "In progress" RRS feed

    CMG reports status type "In progress", message says "Cloud services manager has uploaded service package".

    Not sure what to do to get CMG to show an OK state again. Any suggestions?

    I would open up a premiere case if you can. I ran in to a similar issue. I had to edit the SQL DB to show that it was success then push the config again from the console using "Sync Config" for CMG. I had opened the ticket but found this work around myself and updated MS. It was non detrimental as it was a status only and the tech approved of the overall solution.

    Do you by any chance remember what you did in the SQL DB? I have the same issue.
