No See email in Group Sharpoint

  • Hello

         I have add group distribution from ad to sharepoint and it had work email .But today I donot know I check then no see work email

         do you know problem why it lost work email ? I must running command below to fix it

        Set-SPUser -Identity 'c:0+.w|s-1-5-21-2978874320-54431869-383440811-13901' -DisplayName 'Phoi-Group' -Email 'Phoi-Group@test.local' -Web https://sp.test.local

  • Hi,

    Please check user profile in CA and AD to see if work email value is displayed as expected.

    If workflow email is stored in AD correctly, it seems that someone or custom solution has edited user profile, you need to check log files to figure out the root cause.

    If workflow email value also loses in AD, you need to check this issue from AD side.
