  • Hi all,

    I've just setup notifications based on subscriptions to Trouble Ticket User Comments & Analyst comments, my understanding was that SR's and IR's are both derive from Trouble Tickets yet these subscriptions only fire for IR's.  Maybe someone could enlighten me as to what I'm missing.

  • So I have a subscription setup that targets Trouble Ticket Analyst Comments & Trouble Ticket User Comments, they obviously tie up to a email template matching the same classes.

  • Could you please post the XML code around the rule and the target class?

    Should be something like this:

    <Rule ID=”ActionLogAddRelationshipSubscriptionRule” Enabled=”true”
    Target=”ServiceManager.IncidentLibrary!System.WorkItem.Incident.WorkflowTarget”

  • Did you ever solve this?  I'm having the same issue.  It only fires for my IRs, not SRs.

    The XML (generated by UI) looks like this: Rule ID="NotificationSubscription_111a8c36_b9bf_4876_8578_d4747a4cb2bf" Enabled="true" Target="SystemCenter!Microsoft.SystemCenter.SubscriptionWorkflowTarget" - where SystemCenter! = Microsoft.SystemCenter.Library
