Start button context menu (right-click) has extra sections

When I right-click the Start button (orb), the menu has two options: Properties and Open Windows Explorer. But above those two options are two group seperators, such as you see in any other context menu, but no choices in them, just extra bars in the menu.

Can anyone duplicate this, or is it a artifact of upgrading from my previous Vista installation (I know upgrades sometimes cause weird things like this).

Yes, I see them also. I have the artifacts on all of my clean load Windows 7 machines.

It could just be something left over from the upgrade. I do not see the referred dividers on my context menu.
