  • Question

  • I cannot access outlook.com email in any of my browsers for two weeks. (That's 2 weeks past from today. 08.31.2013) I have done no changes to either browsers.

  • Please try accessing your Account via another Computer.

    Does the same thing happen?

    Then follow the directions below.

    Clear the browser cache/cookies.

    *For Internet Explorer browser: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and click Delete
    *For Google Chrome: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and click Clear Browsing Data
    *For Firefox: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and click Clear Now
    (other browsers are similar)

    Make sure the newest version of Microsoft Silverlight is installed and running for browsers that support it.
