Export IR/SR's to Excel RRS feed

  • Question

  • We need to export from the SCSM DB all IR and SR's to an Excel file.  This needs to include all available fields/headings that are available in SCSM and include the attachment field.

Listed below are fields I need to capture in an excel file along with corresponding data in fields for each IR and SR in our DB's.  Anyone can help?

  • One option might be to write a PowerShell script to gather all this information and write the output in a csv-file.
