    Hello,

    I have a user who gets multi pop-ups form SfB when he get's a call, see screenshot

    Does the user have a private line configured or simring?

    Had the same issue with a executive <> secretary setup, removing the private line fixed the issue.

    Hi 

    From where the  user is receiving  the call , is that a peer to peer call or he gets that from the PSTN.Make sure that the client side version is updated to the latest.
