Not seeing in Windows Update?

I'm not seeing the Windows 7 SP1 in Windows Update even though it says it should be there at: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=c3202ce6-4056-4059-8a1b-3a9b77cdfdda. IT also says that if you can't see it in Windows Update you should go to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2498452 which isn't there! What's wrong?

Install all the updates that are listed, you are required to install a few updates before you can install sp1. Also check for hidden updates that you have hidden.

Same thing here, all updates are done and can't see SP1.

The update is throttled, so it might not show to everyone right away
