EPM 2010 why in Timsheet History does the admin time not show RRS feed

  • Hi,

    i am trying to work out why "Administrative Time" shown below, which appears in timesheets (also shown below) doesnt not appear in Time sheet History.

    Timesheet History - column marked "Non Billable total show 0h should show 6hrs as per time sheet.

  • Hi Anthony,

    Answer to your question is, Administrative time and Non billable both are different entities.

    In your timesheet page, if you select the check box "Non Billable" you may observe that Non Billable row is only displayed for tasks associated with project plans

    Administrative Time does not necessarily mean it is Non-Billable. In fact, I do not think you can even input any "non-billable" hours for administrative lines. It is considered as the "Actual Billable" hours.

    What you will need to confirm is that the 6 hours you show in your first screenshot are included in the 40.42 hours showing up in the Actual Total column.
