User can't send mail without VPN RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    I have a current domain setup and working - has been for quite some time. We are using Exchange 2007; with many laptop users working remotely, at client sites or at home. They are all able to send mail fine without having to VPN back. However, there is 1 user that can't send mail without the requirement for VPN?

    Really haven't got any ideas on why or what is going on? :(

    Can anybody help?

  • What's the error message the user is receiving?  Is this a POP/IMAP/SMTP client, or MAPI/Outlook Anywhere?  Is the user in a remote location with other users that can send fine or are they at home?
