Lync Mobile and Enterprise Voice RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Folks

Should be an easy one for someone!

Can someone advise if when logged in to Lync Mobile and someone calls your enterprise voice number, should the mediation server place an outbound call to the mobile device or not?

At the moment, this is not happening. It would appear that once we get Exchange intergrated these calls would route to voice mail, I can see this in the snooper logs.

We can succesfully performa call via work.

    TIA

    Adam

  • Hello Adam,

If you have calls forwarded or simultaneous ringed to your mobile number it will place a call out to your mobile.
Its not so much being logged into the Lync Mobile client as having simult ring or call forwarding going on. (the nice thing is you can set this in the Lync Mobile client, but you can also set it on Lync client before you leave the office on a phone that doesn't have Lync Mobile)
