  • Hello

    i need to install manually for some machines updates after winxp sp3.

    how can i find and select appropriate updates after sp3 ? supposing that sp3 include all updates necessary for period before.

    this is important to have as few as possible updates but necesary updates, security and critical updates.

  • If you have installed the Windows XP Service Pack 3, you can download and install the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=7558): it will scan your PC and display a list of all the missing updates.
    This could give an information about updates that could have been released after the Service Pack 3 and that are currently missing from your system.

    it is what i thought , but these pc's are out of domain and to scan with MBSA need administrative account.

    do you have information how scan with MBSA and put pc administrative account?
