    I am facing some issues with remote desktop services (client system is not getting connected   to server through remotely desktop)

    To order to further troubleshoot the issue, would you please tell us the exact error message when the connection fails?

    Please ensure that there is no issue with physical network and DNS resolution.

    You may ping the remote system’s IP address and FQDN from the client system to verify those.

    In addition, TCP port 3389 on the remote system must be open.
