Use of share in service requests somtimes produces an error RRS feed

    If you click on "share" in a service request, there is the following error message:

    Microsoft Outlook
    ---------------------------
    Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using.
    ---------------------------
    OK  
    ---------------------------

    The problem are the commas in the title of the service request. When removed, it works.
