  • Hi !

     

    Can i add a option in the IVR callflow that when no digit was sent , transfer the call automatically to other phone extension ?

    in additon , the Lync IVR is very basic how can i add new features to upgrade the Ivr to provide common IVR solutions ?

    What you request is not available in RGS even though it's simple feature. RGS can be used for only small scale work flows. If you want to get more out of it, obviously you need to look in to a Professional Contact Center product.
