UAG DirectAccess 80092013/CRL Errors RRS feed

  • Question

  • We frequently get 80092013 errors on our clients' IP-HTTPS interface when users use a mobile broadband card to connect (Verizon, etc.).  We use a thrid party certificate.  Has anyone else seen this?  Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    Thanks,
    Ken

Answers

  • Yes, they are able to access the CRL.  What we have found is that this seems to be an issue with the version of VZ Access Manager or HP Connect Manager the machines have.  The latest version of VZAM has fixed it so far.

    Thanks,
    Ken
