Hi, Please try to
login with
Clean Boot or
Safe Mode
to see if the same issue appears. Try to run this program form C:\Windows\System32\StikyNot.exe.

Open a Command Prompt to run the following command to fix corrupted system files.
1)Click the Start button and type "Command Prompt" in the search box.
2)Right click Command Prompt to run as Administrator.
3)Type:
sfc /scannow to scan the whole disk.
Anymore, you can copy StikyNot.exe from another available Operating System to the current computer. Also you
can try to set a new user and login with new account.
