  • Dear All,

    It's my first post here and hope you will share me your best experience.

    Friends, I have a task to make the hardware inventory in all my office and according this i am seeking the solution which will best suit my requirement. I prefer to have a solution from Microsoft and it would be great if this solution will be also based on cloud.


    Optimal requirements:

    o IT hardware and office equipments inventory.

    o Cloud Solution and easy to manage.

    o Integration with Navision

    o Multi language  

    o Prefer Microsoft solution

  • well for such stuff..

    i would recommend you to have a POS systems.

    with barcode printing capabilities.

    for all products they will be label with barcode.

    You will then purchase a barcode PDA scanner.

    So which ever stuff you scan.. it will auto be updated in the POS systems. and at the POS systems you will be able to see the updated information.

    Well i have a friend who is running this sideline business which is doing something like that. :) if your company is keen. let me know.
