I have a few Vista and XP SP3 computers where the Network Access Protection Agent service does not show up in the list of services. Why is this and how can I add it in so they can participate in NAP?

That is odd. Are you looking under 'services.msc'? What does running 'sc query napagent' from a command prompt return?
