  • Hi,

    I am getting the error message: Invalid code. Please try again.

    This happens every time a try to log into ADAMS with the Microsoft Authenticator App with a certain phone.

    It works perfectly fine when add the account to other phones. I do the exact same procedure:

    Scan the QR-code. Adding personal password. And adding the code generated by the app. But with this phone (Samsung) I get the error message. Is there something to be corrected in the settings on the phone, so that the code becomes valid?
