    I have a requirement in which the user should be able to post their comments which can be viewed by all the users. Is it possible to do this in Sharepoint?

    If you are using SharePoint 2007 then you will have to create your custom webpart for this. Also in blog template they have this type of webpart please check it. In SharePoint 2010, OOTB Note board webpart is there which can be placed any page for commenting.
