PDF Opening Problems RRS feed

  • Question

  • After doing some hous<span class="t-marker"></span><span class="t-marker"></span>e keeping, XP won't open my PDF files.

    I have enclosed a doc image of the error message.

    Hope you can help.

  • Uninstall your current version of Adobe Reader, then download and install Adobe Reader.  Note:  Make sure to uncheck the box next to "Yes, install Google Chrome - Optional" unless you wish to do otherwise.

  • You should also make sure that the old version Adobe Reader is cleanly uninstalled before trying to install it again.

  • It may be possible that your adobe reader software being corrupted due to missing some files. You should have to uninstall adobe reader completely and install the latest version of it. It may be work after re-installation.
