Second Option is
Boot From windows server media
– Press “F10″
– Type ‘copy D:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe D:\Windows\System32\utilman.exe” (replace driveletter)
– Reboot and press the utility manager symbol
– Type ‘net user Administrator *’
– Enter the password
