Intermittent PAS viewing problem RRS feed

  • Hello -  I would appreciate some assistance with PAS


    I have a PAS chart that I am having intermittent viewing problems with.


    When I view a PAS chart in 6.3 Web Standard, while logged into my desktop, I usually get an error stating the cube was not found.     


    If I then log in local to the PAS Server and run the same chart in Web Professional, it works 100% of the time.    If I then try the chart from my desktop it will usually work for a period of time.   It seems like after about 30 minutes, I return to getting the error.


    I would appreciate some assistance in how to trouble shoot this.
