some of my outlook clients hangs when open missed call notification RRS feed

  • Hi Dear Friends

    I have an Exchange  server in my site which the Unified Messaging is run on it. Also my PBX is Cisco CUCM 8.

    The Problem is the missed call notifications.

    Just some of my outlook(2007,2010,2013) clients hangs when open missed call notification.

    is there any Idea?

    Please help me.

  • It may seem related to UM but it may not be.  Are the missed calls being generated by UM, Lync or something else?  Do your Outlook clients have 3rd party add-ins that may be conflicting with the Exchange UM add-in?

    I found the Solution.

    Outlook caching system was the problem. I just unchecked it in mail account setting of outlook and every thing fixed.
