  • Dear ALl ,

    kindly note that am using office 365 and skype for bussiness 2016 MSO , the main problem that am available but all the users see me offline how can we fix this issue ?

  • Hi abdel1214,

    Did this issue occur when you create SFB profile on different PCs?
    Did you see “online” when you configure your SFB profile?

    To this issue, do the following steps to troubleshooting:

    1. Disable and re-enable SFB account on Office 365 to check if the issue persist
    2. Then get user’s AD attributes with working users to check if there are differences
    3. Move user to another pool if you have multiple pools in Office365 for your organization
