Active Sync + RSA and User Experience RRS feed

  • We are lookin to implement Active Sync for our Exchange 2003 environment.  We would like the ability to use the native mail client on Droids, IPhones and IPADs.  One issue is our requirement for RSA authentication.  I know that there is support for this but I am unsure about the user experience.   How do the users get prompted for the RSA SecureID?  Do they have to enter it everytime they enter the Mail app?  If so does that defeat the puropse of the DirectPush? Would Certificates be better?

    Any advice is welcome.

    If Direct Push is enabled when trying to use RSA SecureID, the user should type the credentials every time to get an email. For more information, please refer to the following article:
