Not able to add printer to "locked" user account RRS feed

  • I have an XP system that was rebuilt from scratch.  I installed Adobe Reader, Word, MS Security Essentials, and Steady State.  I then locked down the "public" account.  Everything tested successfully.  I got out onsite to install system and there was a printer that needed to be added.  I logged in as the Steady State admin and installed driver (Lexmark E240), saved settings during restart since Active Disk Protection was on.  The printer does not show up under the "public" account, but it is under the Steady State admin account.  What do I need to do to have the printer show up when a user tries to print from MS Word?
