View Customized List in Authoring Tool

    Question

  • I am trying to create a workflow that is based on the Support Group Field in an Incident.  When creating the criteria I can only see the out of the box list (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3), not the customized changes we have made thru the console.

    I understand that these changes are stored in an unsealed MP referenced by the sealed MP.

    Is there a way to be able to view these in the authoring tool?

  • Export the unsealed MP with the  custom enums. Copy the MP in the Library folder of the Authoring Tool (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft System Center\Service Manager Authoring\Library).

    Start/re-start the Authoring Tool.
