Exchange 2007 How to query email in users junk mail folder by originating email address

We have found a way to do this but only by extracting the messages. I need a way to make a report for example of which Exchange 2007 mailboxes contain a message from testsender@test.com in their Junk Mail folder. We have an issue with users who may have valid messages in their junk mail and we are trying to identify which accounts have this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

hi,

Based on my experience, exchange have't such feature. You only can do is checking the junk mail folder timed. Or you can add the sender into the safe sender list in outlook.
