  • I have found other posts that are similar, that suggest running the System Update Readiness Tool. I have ran the tool, and it runs and runs, but never finishes. I have peeked at the log file that is created and it says:

I have tried to delete the files so that I can get the update again and restore functionality, but it says I need permission from SYSTEM. Any ideas?
