PFX File of digital signature certificate not Visible in IE 10 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Dear Sir
I have window 7 home basic  64 bit Lenovo laptop with automatic update and IE10. I have digital signature certificate in Aladdin USB 72K token. This certificate is not visible in IE 10 under  the heading in IE 10 " Tools" ----"  Internet Option"---- "Content"  _-- "Certificate"  also certificate is not visible / appearing in Web Signer. Thus I am unable to use this digital signature certificate i.e PFX file on any site.

I have also added the trusted site of the certifying authority ( www.e-mudhra.com) in window Compatibility  setting  still does not working. Active X control have been enabled properly. All this was not happeing when we were using IE8

We are in contact at least with 100 clients who are facing this problems in India.

TCS, Ncode, Sify  and E Mudhra all certifying authorities are saying this a Microsoft IE-10 problem and clienets either to install IE 8 or IE 9 . Question is why this problems is only in India , How other countrie's clients are not facing this same problems and till today why Microsoft has not solved this problems.
If my computer is automatically is updating next improved higher software version why we shall go back and un-stall  and install old version. I request to microsoft to provide guide line on this issue.
