    WHEN I FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IT ONLY ALLOWS ME TO ORDER THE 32 BIT VERSION CAN YOU HELP ME ON THIS . IS THERE A WAY TO JUST DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE?

    What website are you on?

     

    Did the version that you want to update to 64bit come pre-installed on your computer or is this a retail version you purchased and installed?
