Hi,
Please help confirm the following few things:
- Does it affect all users or specific user right now? If all
users cannot present, just wondering if you made any update for the system before the issue occurred recently?
- Could you share screen when the user is logged in with Windows desktop
client?
- Is there any SFB CU update or Windows Update performed recently? If
yes, please try to uninstall them to see if it works.
Besides, does the issue happen when you plug HDMI cable into the device? If so, please check if it works without the HDMI cable.
