Project Pro 2010 Gantt Chart Print - Predecessor and Successor Line Errors RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a project plan which is approximately 104 lines ‘long’ so when printing out the Gantt chart, which shows the tasks and their predecessor and successor lines, it is impractical to print on one page. However, if a task on page 1 of the Gantt print-out has a successor which appears on page 2 of the Gantt then the successor line, instead of dropping down to/off the bottom of page 1 and then reappearing at top of page 2 and joining with the successor task, vanishes off to the left of the Gantt. The predecessor and successor lines only ‘do’ this when seen in print preview or when pages are actually printed, otherwise, when viewed in the project plan Gantt, they appear normal.

Can anyone suggest what I need to adjust for the predecessor/successor lines to connect to tasks vertically rather than disappearing off to the side? I’ve checked Format/Layout and the print options but without success.

    Thank you.
