DPM 2007 ReProtect a computer that has moved domain RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

I have a customer that we protect data for using DPM 2007. The customer has since moved this server to a new domain and the protection is no longer working.  I can't seem to see how to get this reprotected.  Do I need to remove protection and readd it, thus completing a consistency check of the data?

Or is there another way I can get this reprotected?

    Any help is much appreciated....

  • Hi Mike,

Many thanks for this, I had actually started these steps and with the help of the article managed to complete the move.  Everything is protected and Syncing again as it should.

    Thanks
