    i have a windows 7 pro licensed and i pruchased windows 10 pro and i want to upgrade.

    can i use media creation tool to upgrade? will the tool download for me windows 10 pro? or i will face problems in that

    advise

    If you have a Windows 10 Pro Retail license, you can download and execute the Media Creation Tool from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 to download the ISO file for Windows 10 Pro and then burn a DVD using that file to have a Windows 10 installation DVD.

    Yes, you can upgrade using MCT, if you have windows 10 pro retail product key.

    But please check your PC meets the system requirement for windows 10, before you install windows 10.

  • If a Windows OS Windows 10 cd exist,simply boot pc to the BIOS,locate Boot Priority/set cdrom as 1st,HD 2nd,install the Windows 10 cd,save & exit BIOS...Look for "Press any key to boot to cd" at cd OS Menu,one can-could Delete Partition/Create one/Format/rest runs Auto..This would be a Clean installation...
