I have a user when someone sends emails to her, all images and formatting are missing when the emails are opened. This only happens to emails sent from the particular sender. Any one can help? Thanks!

Hi GeorgeDD,
>> I have this issue only when I sent emails to a particular user, who is an external user.
If the issue only occurs to the particular external user, please have a check at the Outlook Properties of the specific contact and see if the Internet format is set as "Send as Plain Text Only":

Hi GeorgeDD,

Does this issue affect other people who receive emails from this sender?
According to your description, it is recommended to check if the sender selected as Plain Text rather than as HTML when sending the emails:

Yuki, I didn't change message format to plain text before sending. I have this issue only when I sent emails to a particular user, who is an external user. Any other suggestions?
