  • When creating a document via Windows 7 or SPS, we receive the message in the subject only when accessing the same document via Citrix Desktop.

  • Figured this out:

    I forgot that we had a group policy in place blocking access to ADRMS documents. I also forgot to apply the hotfix.

    All is good now.
